At Evertruss, Dora leads strategy engagements that turn complex challenges into plans that hold up under pressure. Her approach is built on evidence, every recommendation grounded in what the numbers actually show, not just what's ambitious.

She brings over eight years at The Boston Consulting Group, where she led projects that reshaped tourism and cultural sectors across Europe and the Middle East. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Dora's passion for strategy was sparked early. She has lived and worked across Europe and the Middle East, calling Dubai home since 2016.

Joe Drury
At Evertruss, Joe leads engagements from strategy through to delivery, helping build the cultural institutions, educational frameworks, and destinations that define how communities live.

Before Evertruss, Joe spent over a decade on the ground in China delivering large scale entertainment destinations, including Shanghai Disney Resort as a Disney Imagineer and Universal Studios Beijing with Universal Creative. That work gave him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to turn bold ambition into something real and meaningful. A traveler at heart, Joe speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and draws inspiration from exploring new places.
